3/1/2009 (Saturday)Today went to work as usual except something very big happen, I challenged robinson store manager without knowing she is the store manager, but well who cares she stared it first anyway, I mean like having someone to like knock damm! hard on your showcase and say "you don't know you cannot use handphone on the selling floor isit?" when you are in the middle of the conversation with yea customer... and at that pont of time I felt like wtf! so I couldn't be bothered with her very much just took one look at her and walk straight to the store room I mean like why should I waste time explaining myself to her when my customer over the line is more important than her lols! makes me feel that she seriously needs to go back for service class to kNo0w how to provide good customer service and also learn to give proper and more feasible solution and instead of excuses lols....
after that when I ended the call went back to my counter and she somewhat called the senior cashier and spoke very loudly at the ladies shoes area which is still a distance away from my counter and spoke very loudly to the s.cashier saying 'whats the problem with her' she's like obviously refering to me but who cares I am not in the wrong man I don't care! and as a manager it still doesn't give her the right to rise her voice complaining about a promoter very loudly when she is not a customer complaining but a manager complaining I mean like where is the right attitude she should have to solve matter its like what a borish attitide man! well after dumping her with all the logic I can find to hit her back hard surprisingly her voice volume tone down didn't expect that haha but its not like I am very proud of what I did but i just hate people who thinks they are like in authority, throw their weight around and can anytime find ways to hit on people who they have issiues with it just sucks man! as a manager she should be a role model but instead she became a terror model... lols!
what a day for me man but for the least I manage to settle the matter without losing... but I am sure she will want to get back at me... lols what to do borish peope are definately not good to work with at all....
then head home went to watch YES MAN!! wee~~~
Yes man is a definately must WATCH!! it super cute hilarous and nice =)
